خلال أقل من شهر، تصاعدت الانتهاكات بحق المعتقلين السياسيين في عدد من السجون المصرية، في مقدمتها: سجن بدر، وسجن الوادي الجديد، وسجن العاشر من رمضان، وسجن برج العرب. هذا التصعيد اللافت، الذي جاء عقب زيارة دونالد ترامب إلى الخليج، يثير تساؤلات جدية حول ما إذا كان هناك تنسيق مسبق لشن حملة قمعية ممنهجة ضد المعتقلين السياسيين.
سجن بدر 3: احتجاج على الحرمان من الزيارة يقابل بالقمع
في سجن بدر 3، وتحديدًا في قطاع 2، يعيش المعتقلون أوضاعًا مأساوية، أبرزها حرمان العديد منهم من الزيارة لسنوات طويلة، وصلت في بعض الحالات إلى 12 عامًا، في انتهاك صريح للدستور المصري والمواثيق الدولية. مطالب متكررة بلقاء ذويهم قوبلت بردود قمعية، شملت تجريد الزنازين من المحتويات، ومصادرة الكتب والأغراض الشخصية.
ورغم زيارة مساعد وزير الداخلية لقطاع السجون، ورفع المعتقلين لمطالبهم بشكل مباشر، كان الرد صادمًا: “آخرنا نجيب لكم أدوية وأكل، إنما الزيارة لأ”. وفي جلسة محاكمة عُقدت في 5 يوليو، حاول بعض المعتقلين عرض معاناتهم على القاضي، إلا أن الأخير رفض تسجيل أقوالهم. تبع ذلك تصعيد جديد، تمثل في حملة تفتيش موسعة يوم 8 يوليو، تمت خلالها مصادرة المصاحف، وتوجيه تهديدات للمعتقلين من الأقسام الأخرى بعدم إظهار التضامن.
الأزمة في بدر تتفاقم بسبب استمرار العزل التام، وحرمان المعتقلين من العلاج، والتريض، وأي تواصل خارجي، تحت إشراف مباشر من جهاز الأمن الوطني.
سجن الوادي الجديد: أساليب تعذيب جديدة مروعة
تحوّل سجن الوادي الجديد، المنعزل في قلب الصحراء الغربية، إلى مسرح لانتهاكات مروعة، أبرزها ما يُعرف بـ”حمّام العسل”؛ إذ يُجرد المعتقل من ملابسه، ويُغطى بالعسل الأسود ويُرمى عليه التراب الحار تحت الشمس، ما يعرّضه لحروق ولسعات الحشرات والجفاف في مشهد من الإذلال الجسدي والنفسي.
لا تقف الانتهاكات عند هذا الحد، فـ”التشريفة” تشمل الضرب والتعذيب والتعرية خلال عمليات نقل المعتقلين، يليها حجزهم في زنازين مكتظة ومهملة. الزنزانة “المصفحة”، مثلًا، تضم أكثر من 60 معتقلًا في مساحة لا تتسع سوى لـ20، بلا تهوية أو مياه نظيفة، وسط حشرات وقوارض وأمراض منتشرة، ويُجبر السجناء على قضاء حاجتهم أمام بعضهم.
في عنبر 4، المعروف بـ”ربع الموت”، يُحرم المعتقلون من التريض، الملابس، أدوات النظافة، وحتى المصاحف. أما عنبر 8 وعنبر التأديب، فهما نموذج للتنكيل المستمر، حيث يُحتجز المعتقلون شبه عراة، يُرمى لهم الطعام على الأرض، ويُجبرون على الوقوف لساعات في صمت وجوع، في ظروف تفتقر لأي قدر من الإنسانية.
العاشر من رمضان: تسعة معتقلين بين التنكيل والاختفاء
في 22 يونيو الماضي، اعتدت قوات الأمن في سجن العاشر من رمضان على تسعة معتقلين داخل زنزانة رقم 29 (قطاع 3)، بعد رفضهم الخضوع لتفتيش مفاجئ ليلًا. الاعتداء تضمن استخدام الهراوات والصواعق الكهربائية، ما تسبب في إصابات بليغة بينهم، قبل اقتيادهم إلى جهة غير معلومة.
مؤسسة “جوار” الحقوقية أكدت أن اثنين منهم نُقلا إلى زنازين التأديب، بينما اختفى السبعة الآخرون قسرًا، وسط إنكار إدارة السجن لأي معرفة بمصيرهم. العائلات، التي فوجئت بغياب أبنائها عند الزيارة، تخشى من نقلهم قسرًا إلى سجن الوادي الجديد، خصوصًا في ظل تأكيدات بتعرض بعضهم لإصابات خطيرة.
برج العرب: عزلة وتنكيل في كل تفاصيل الحياة
في سجن برج العرب، تتواصل الانتهاكات اليومية بحق المعتقلين السياسيين، بدءًا من التفتيش المهين والحرمان من المياه، وصولًا إلى الإهمال الطبي المتعمد والإصابات الناتجة عن التريض في ساحة غير مجهزة.
